Hiring great people has never been more important than it is today. Companies small and large are facing what is being called “the great resignation.” People of all generations and ages are seeking meaning in their work. They are looking for a place to contribute, grow, and learn.
Many companies have returned to in office only positions, no hybrid, remote or work from home options. Because of this some of the talent they need to grow their organization is harder to attract and magnetize with their offering. Other organizations are learning what will serve them and their employees. They are discovering how to generate the growth they want. They are also finding ways to attract and keep the right talent. Will it be hybrid and if so, who is best suited for this? Or will you be fully remote, like sales, customer service, or tech?
Once you know the work format, it is time to interview and hire. You need a solid hiring strategy. Make sure you have effective interviewers and a structure. This helps you pinpoint exactly who you need. It also helps you get candidates to reveal all their wonderful qualities! Determining skills and cultural fit requires identifying what you need and want. Then, you learn what questions will help reveal this information.
If you need help pulling this all together, I would be honored if you used my eBook. I have interviewed hundreds of candidates, hired multiple high value sales leaders, managers and helped business’s hire their candidates.
