What I know for sure is that if you work with me I will be a tireless champion for your success. What matters most to me is that the people I work with have the tools they need. These tools enable them to lead powerfully. They ignite their own greatness and that of their teams or direct reports.

I have been in the trenches. My journey spans my unique award-winning career in sales and sales management. It also includes my coaching, consulting, and recruiting experiences. In 2018, I added transition coaching skills for Special Operators and veterans. My own transitions and my experience helping others in corporate roles assists in re-framing incredible experiences for success in a new career.

I faced many of the “glass ceiling” challenges early in my corporate career. I was able to overcome every obstacle to demonstrate highly effective leadership and development of my sales teams. Later, I served as a Director of Sales for my team of managers. I was entrusted to lead well and I learned how. I have walked where you may be walking. I understand some of the frustrations and disappointments. I am familiar with the highs and lows of success and failure. I would be honored to help you avoid some leadership challenges. I want to guide you onto the fast track to success! I take a holistic approach. I consider all of who you are and who you want to be. My final position was Eastern Division Director of Sales for a Division of Merck & Co., Inc. I have been coaching all my career. As a professional coach, I have coached and mentored in small and mid-sized businesses on leadership. I have advised on hiring the right people and developing leadership skills. I have also developed teams and helped in sales and marketing. I have been a recruiter and hiring manager. I bring these skills. I also offer wisdom from successes. This includes the path to overcoming failures in my work and even my life. I also bring career transition and promotion readiness experience to help advance your career.

I have led a Sales Team to success year after year. Through this experience, I learned the importance of holding the line on what was important. It’s crucial to set the bar high. Listening deeply and developing the strengths of each team member are pivotal. This occurs when the team knows their value. The team must be appreciated for their contribution. This applies whether it is the Sales Management Team or the Sales Team.
